1940s American Suit Gabardine Jacket

Beautiful 1940s Jacket styled by Swansdown of New York. All very Joan Crawford. The fabulous colour is quite hard to photograph. The wool gabardine is woven through with charcoal grey, mid grey and a coral colour. The celluloid buttons are also a pinky coral. The sleeves can be worn down or turned back. The gorgeous pockets are faux. Silk crepe lining.

Good vintage condition. The top button is missing. I only noticed this whilst steaming her.. She buttons quite high and due to the collar you can not see that it is not there (see video). If you wished you could add a similar button.
