1950s Chiffon Ruffle Front Blouse

Cute 1950s ruffle front blouse. This is a chiffon or georgette type material. Maybe nylon. The colour is a slightly seafoam blue. It has a peter pan collar, little glass buttons and bracelet length sleeves.
