Early 1950s Wiggle Dress with Insert Collar

Unusual early 1950s dress by Marie Philips. Can be worn two ways. Either with or without the inset collar. There are small buttons around the scoop neckline to attach the collar/dickie to. The material is highly textured (very old skool Chanel). Feels like a cotton wool mix. It also has two good sized front pockets. Fastens with a side zip.
