1940s Linen Sun Dress

Fab Late 1940s Linen sundress. A pale blue background with daisy's and blossom in a white and picked out in black. It fastens with a metal side zip. Great summer staple.

Good vintage condition. The dress has been hand washed and steamed so ready to wear.  There is a small mend on the pleat back of the skirt (see last picture). Strangely the pockets have both been tacked seen shut. One inside of the pockets as had a small piece cut out to mend the hole mentioned above. It would be easy to sew the pocket inside up and unpick the pockets if you wanted to.
