Late 1930s Velvet and Silver Gown

Beautiful late 1930s/early 1940s cotton velvet dress. The fabric has a silver painted feather design. She has three quarter puff sleeves and a sweetheart neckline plus a gathered front. She fastens with a side zip and with a covered buttons at the neckline.
